Dear Sir,
Is dpe guidelines of service bond transfer applicable to public sector banks, especially state bank group which doesn't have bonding system.
In such cases, if bank is not willing to accept the bond transfer from other central govt. psu, how can i proceed further?

Better come out with the details for proper opinion or consult a local consultant for proper advise on the basis of personal consultation apprising with relevant details.
