The total project has about 50 flats with UDS registered to all. The promoter due to some business reasons has run out of funds and is not in a position to construct the flats. This situation is prevalent for more than 3 years now. About 30 people are waiting for the promoter to provide them some solution, but the remaining people are willing to join and take the project in their hands by building using an alternate promoter.
