hello, i am planning to sell my 2bhk flat in chennai. i kept it vacant for the last 3months but things havent materialized yet..i am planning to let out the flat until i find a suitable buyer.. will it cause any issue with my sale process,.what are the things that i need to mention in the tenant agreement so that the tenant doesnt cause any hindrance in moving out in case if the new buyer wants the flat vacant.
