Selling a property

I am planning to sell my property which was bought in 2013, the sales deed is yet not done by the builder. What are the steps to transfer the property to new owner. What all tax I need to pay under GST? Do I still need to pay service tax on the property? I believe registration cost still needs to be paid?

registration cost and stamp duty is different from GST..

you are seller.. stamp duty to be paid by buyer.. so dont worry about dt..

registration cost is not that much to be worry about

you only have to pay capital gain in income tax..
