Dear Sir, can I sell flat within 7 months of its purchase? This is in Mumbai CHS. I believe there is some restriction to transfer in 1 year but is it mandatory? Can there be some exceptions? Will society provide NOC? What will be implications if I sell it in less than 1 year?
