I worked in a Reputed B.Tech Degree college in Barnala distt. Punjab. I joined there 01 July 2011. In appointment letter they mentioned that one month will be deposited in college as security money & will be release after resigning from job. I resigned on 30 nov 2013 with proper intimation and got NOC. But till now i have not received my security money. I contacted the a/c department but they said due to insufficient fund they cannot release security money. I also talked to the chairman and mailed him and he assured to release the money within 2 days but no money is released.
Please tell what should i do? Can i deserve interst on my security money ? Can i legally challenged them for my security as i have appointment letter & copy of resignation & emails i sent them for releasing money.
