Section 307 in The Indian Penal Code

A person submitted a attempt to murder case in Section 307, The Indian Penal Code against me. But the main fact is I don't know who is he also I never seen him before in my life. What can I do now? Please experts advice me.

dear parash moni sarmah if the offecnce is already registered against you than you have to go for anticipatory bail first... than you can file the petition for quashing of F. i. R lodge against you but it will depend on the marits of case.
