Dear Sirs,
Consumer case filed by 06 flat buyers against the builder for complition certificate ,Original possession letter ,occupancy certificate and also for complition of some common works and amenities .Complaint affidavit filed by all the complainants and it is represented by me as a representative of all the complainants .Case is admitted and OP submitted the WS wher he stated that the case should be dismissed as this is representative case and application against sec 12 1 (c) is not made by us .my questions are as below
1.Shall it possible to submit the application under sec 12 1 (c) now? Shall court will accept the same?
2.Is there any case refernce for the same so that i will mention the same in the application
3.After acceptenece of the said application ,will court direct us to publish the notice of court itself publish the notice ?
4.Pls provide the format of the application made under section 12. 1 (c)
5.Any other suggestions pls
