One of my Freinds, Acuitted from 498a after contesting the same for 3 years. Lateron, the couples got compromised and joined together during 2015. recently they difference of openions having quarrels with each other.
Now, she threating her she will go for 498a again with fresh allegations.
Questions here...
1. Is law allows her to go for 498a again?
2. If Yes, what are the precautionery to be taken?
