I bought an apartment in chennai before 7 years(2006). After registration We found that the house number and Power of attorney document number are wrong in the document. So I executed the Rectification deed after correcting these two mistakes. Now when i was trying to sell my home, they found that the document number was corrected only in two places instead of three places. Also, A name was mistakenly mentioned as different name where my power of attorney's name should be there.
Can i execute the rectification deed now again? If the rectification deed was executed by power of attorney again, is it valid? Do we need to get the life certificate of the original owners now?
