Second marriage for an Indian from non indian

I am a Yemeni girl I got married to a married Indian man in my country and we are living in a third country. His family and wife dont know about this marriage. My question is how to submit our marriage acording to the Indian law and is there any problems we can face to sumit it?

You didn't mention whether he is hindu or muslim, if he is hindu then as per hindu marriage act his second marriage is null and void .

if your husband you say mulslim than you sumit your marriage in india mohmandan law under you can charge under mohmandan law and  no prob their in mohmadan law bec their every man marry to four woman in time no need to divourse so you file
