How a video recording can be proved in court under Sec. 65-A B of Evidence Act. What are the formalities.

Electronics records are admissible u/s 65 A subject to qualification of sec 65B. However no specific provision of admissibility of video recording in the Evi Act. However parties can always do that but the person who made the photography has to be examined and should be subject to cross examination. The party who propose to produce such evidence has to pass through the acid test via section 136 of Evi. Act.
