kindly explain scope of sec. 233(2) crpc...in relation to questions below asked...
1-why and in what circumstaces it need to file written statement.
2-is it the same thing as asked 313 crpc to accused a question inlast-- "kya aapko kuch aur kehna hai'
3-if in any case statment of accused u/s315 crpc is necessary to proove his version in that condition is that section can be used as substitute if anyhow accused is not capable to give his evidence u/s 315crpc...
