Sec 160 of ipc

Dear Friends, one of my friend is has a running case u/s 160 and matter is not resolving from last one year. please guide for the consequences if they found guilty. i know the consequences u/s 160 (1 month sentence or fine of Rs. 100 or both), please guide for the other social consequences like they may face problem in getting Govt. Job or in passport or in issuance of VISA or any other problem they may face please guide

Compromise and settlement is best solution. Dont think farther than this.
