I have one cheque bounce case. Party has flown away, the case was already admitted in the court. The amt is > 11 lac. Can anybody guide how to take this forward now.

1. File an Application before the Court, for directions to issue orders for "Summons Pasting", at residence /office address of Accused.
2. IF accused has fled the country, arrange deportment proceedings, involving the country
s counsulate.
