Sdm court employee is not giving that the date when sdm sits in court.

Hi, I have query regarding property law. I have small piece of land at my village and my old age father lived their. Few year back my father tried to construct a boundary around his land but some of the villagers don't allow him to do that. So we filed a case in SDM court. My father is alone but they are 3-4 peoples so they bribed the SDM court employee and that employee always gave my father that date on which the SDM never sits and it's happening from last 1 year every time my father go on court date but SDM never sits. My father is 70 years old and they are harassing him by giving him date on which SDM is not going to sit. Please help
