Scheduled property missing surrounding plot info

Dear Experts,

I bought a property during 2006 and during that time the sale deed did not mention the EAST/WEST/NORTH/SOUTH information in the scheduled Property section, instead, has provided a clause demarking property in the Development Authority Map. Currently the EC does not show these values hence I am little confused.

Is this is a problem in future ? does the detailed information about the plots surrounding my property must be mentioned ?

Need your advice so that I can take corrective measures if any.

regards

Pramathesh

Normally boundaries are mentioned to enable the identification of the property purchased. I they are not cited, it will be safe for you to go in for a rectification deed with the mention of the clear boundaries in it.

Thank you Mr.Subramaniam for your quick response.

This rectification deed will be a redo of original deed or it will ammendment to the original Deed ?

Secondly Can I apply a rectification deed by myself or I need to involve the seller of the property at this stage ?

Appreciate your answer.

regards

Pramathesh
