Sc:any person can now be tried under domestic violence act

In Recent Supreme court judgment,[https://mynation.net/docs/10084-2016/] it is held that anyone can file Domestic violence case.

it means husband can file on wife ?

No, SC has defined the defination of respondent only and not petitioner so only women can file.

Your thinking is wrong. DV Act is meant only for women, not for men. Sorry, you can't file such a case against your wife.
