I have purchased a car in march 2015 with SBI car loan in bangalore. Due to my job requirement I am relocating to hyderabad now. In order to get NOC from RTO and re-register the vechicle in telangana, I need NOC from the bank, but the bank officials are rejecting my request. They are asking to pay the entire amount and take NOC and also giving a free advice to sell the vechicle to someone. I cant take the vechicle to telangana without NOC because the vechicle will be siezed if caught after 30 days. What should I do in order to get the NOC from bank. Is there any IPC??
