a. Can a company apply under SICA when SARFAESI as well as winding up proceedings are already initiated against it? b. Also, if a company can apply under SICA, then at what stage can it apply? Does it also mean that till the pendency of the appeal under SICA, the SARFAESI as well as winding up proceedings cannot be initiated? |
