please update me ragarding effect of Order U/s 14 of SARFAESI Act on 7/12 Extract in Maharashtra under MLRC or any other act / provision.

Unfortunately no university in India has SARFAESI ACT as a subject or part of it, in their syllabus. This is practical problem I've while serving someone. MLRC is concerned with Maharashtra ONLY. SARFAESI ACT is concerned with FI & NBFI. This is "INTERACTIVE" Portal for Lawyers and Indian "PUBLIC". Try to understand the scope of this INTERACTIVE PORTAL instead of defining it's Limitations which is no where exists.

Ravinder Sir, U/s 14 of SARFAESI Act, District Magistrate ordered to take possession of Secured Asset. Under what provision one can take effect of it on Record Of Right i.e. 7/12 Extract under MLRC i.e. Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Please Guide.
