Sarfaesi act

my lender has served me Sec13(2) notice and 60 days will be over in 2 days. Do i have additional time to arrange my payment and get out of my default.  Do i have 30 more days when serve Sec13(4). or am i running my limit out. what is solution. plz help

Don't worry you have sufficient time. just give a reply immediately to your lander... asked for them how they announced your account NPA??? if they are not served any notice before put your account as NPA... then asked them about the details of NPA amount with proper break up... let them go to the DRT... then just wait for the notice from DRT or wait for till bank not taking symbolic position... it will take minimum 8 to 12 months time... at any moment of these procedures you may asked for the one time settlement with a minimum 70% of NPA amount..

I am sure your case will be dispose and settle...
