Sapinda act

Is that any way out of it? The girl is not from very same family and our grandparents are not even cousins of eachothers' but if i marry her with customary acceptance , do i have to submit Pedhinaama or some other documents showing proof about sapinda tree is not crossing,in court ? And give me some other guidance about it. Thank you all .
