Charge-sheet is filed by the police on completion of the investigation. Since it is based on the facts and circumstances disclosed during investigation, it will be different for each case. There is nothing called a sample charge sheet.

 

 

Charges are framed by the court. If you read some good detailed book on IPC, it will show as to how “charge” has to be worded for a particular offence. Perhaps, you are referring to this “sample charge” for the offences mentioned by you.

Dear Sir, Is Speedy trial is possible in my case? If Possible what is the right time to apply? Now current situation of my case is FIR filed in 2-9-2014, I got bail also. Charge sheet may yet to file. Kindly advice me sir, MAny thanks, Shankar.
