Hello,
A glass dealer sold glass items worth Rs.5 lacs(plus 12.5% Maharshtra VAT) for Rs.562500. Goods were sold on credit for 60 days but payment has not been received for more than 6 months now.
What are my options of suing the purchaser? What is the time limit and under which section of which Act will I do so?

Yes but under which Act? And will this be filed in High court or normal civil court considering the amount including VAT is Rs.562500?
