Sale of inherited property by unmarried christian

can unmarried christian sale inherited property on his own does he has any restrictions because 1.it is inherited property and 2.he dont have any legal heirs. can he gift the property to any one. 4.who are the legal heirs of that person.

If you have the inherited property in your name then you can gift it to anyone as you wish .
