it depends on what sort of dispute exists over the site you were talking about. anyhow if you proceed with the sale of such a property it wont be complete because some or the other legal issues

i agree with Mr.Saravanan sir. and when there is a dispute, who will come forward to purchase a disputed property. so consult a local lawyer and try to solve the dispute and then sell it.
