Sir,
Whether we can purchase the land of re habilitations owner.Is it required the owner should occupy that land and stayed record and tax paid receipt. Whether the owner can sell the property after certain years without construct the house and occupied. What is the minimum period is required to sell .Whether Khata can change to buyer. or it will go back to Govt. Whether the owner is Dhalit categary then other categary can purchase.\regards.

Dear queriest, No. The owner has to obtain permission to sell the property from the District Collector of the District concerned.

Sir,
If there is different legal opinion ,so I asked for experts.One time lesson learnt. Court case means minimum 4 to 5 years. Every body can not fight legaly, Its a social service.
