Hi, I had entered an sale agreement to buy a agriculture land from a lady and paid Rs.3 lakh advance by way of cash and the sale agreement is registerd with sub registrar office. i had mentioned that the validity of this agreement is one year and within this period the owner has to transfer the property to my name.
now the land owner is denying to sell the property , i gave a lawyer notice to the owner before 2 weeks of the validity period and now the validity period is over. can you please guide me how to get the property from the owner. and what are all the rights that i have on this property
