But Company has no vision for trade (watch distribution) as well as for their employee.

I am seeking you peoples help, because they (Vas Data Services Pvt. LTD (YEPME)) haven't paid my salary from Jan'2017 to till date and reimbursement of my expenses are also pending from Oct'2016.

On regular basis i am following with my reportee Manager, HR Manager over phone as well as on mail, mail also sent to the partners of the organization but i am not getting any reply from company officials.

From reliable sources it comes to my knowledge that they are going to close distribution business and will ask to put my papers.

They have spoiled my carrer and my childerens future, now my financial position is going bad to worst and for this yepme management is very much responsible.I don't understand how to manage my day to day expenses.

Pl. help and guide me how to get my dues clear from the company.

You have given very long rope to employer.

In case you are asked to resign record the demand (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).

Download and forward and print all emails that you have been sending and call log of all calls that you have been making.

Ensure that you have proper accounting of all functions/stock etc  that you handle and its irreftuable record so that NO charge/claim during handover is fastened on you.

Have you spoken to owner?

File case on the company. Hire good lawyer who deals with labour cases locally and explain the same to him.  how to file case that cant be explained here. Case might get over or might not get over in this life time, but first file case, who knows they might do out of court setttlement.  Mena time find another job.

How many persons are employed in it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?

How many persons report to you?

Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?

You are in which state?
Since how many months you are working?
