The employee can lodge a complaint the moment his wages are delayed even for a day and should not work for a day if wages are not paid on pay day.

You may approach an able Labor Consultant/Service Lawyer and under his/her expert guidance approach:

Employee's Unions

Trade Unions

Inspector under Andhra Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act

Inspector under Payment of Wages Act

o/o Labor Commissioner

Civil Court

Based on your inputs your lawyer can also guide you on how to build proof of employment.

hello,

first of all you have to fulfill the requirement of Industrial dispute Act means whether your employer falls within the ambit of industry and whether you fall within the category of workmen.
