Sir,
I am working in a proprietor company for the past 9 months, from last month , they have reduced my salary at about 40% of my regular salary. And also they are collecting PF amount but not depositing for the past four months.
Kindly let me know that can a company can reduce the salary , and also the pf status.

You can give complaint to the P.F. office officials for not depositing your P.F. money by the management. They will take action and do justice to you. follow this website for P.F. & grievances. https://epfindia.gov.in
