How SRA property shall be bought before 10years completion? how can you transfer the property papers on your name?

how to transfer money to seller as only agreement between buyer and seller is power of attorney.

What if SRA memebers comes for survwy or checking and original owner is not occupying a flat?

Can they ask the them to vacate the peoperty?

You cannot rent or buy SRA property before the completion of 10 years. However you should make an agreement to sell  register it and take proper receipts against any payments you make. You must be sure that you can get all the permissions for absolute sale after the time limit of ten years. Invest carefully.

With the advent of proof of residence through AADHAR, Voter card, Ration card it is very difficult to suppress Address.  If you want complete details you can seek from the SRA, under RTI the following information.

Information solicited:

1. Please provide a format of agreement between owners and SRA during delivering of the flat.

2. Please provide a copy of the laid down procedure of action to be taken when an owner sells the flat to outsiders contrary to agreement terms and conditions.

3. Please provide a such number of violations received as complaints in FY 2018-19 and out of which litigations are pending in courts.

4.Please provide a copy of judgment that was given in favour of such owner who sold the flat within 10 years contrary to agreed terms.
