complaint under 376, boy promised to marry and had physical relationship, backed out from marriage , after fixing up marriage date, girl made huge expenditure for marriage of 18 lakhs, boy demanded 25 lakhs for marriage, after that girl tried to commit suicide consuming phenyl, she survived , but now she is critical and chances of survival is nil. boy filed ABA in High court, charge sheet is pending. Pls advise what will be impact if girl dies at this stage, What should be next course of action help girl to get justice, her life is spoiled, she is breathing her last. will man still get bail on the basis of consensual relationship.
