Rules for flag hoisting

dear sir,

i just wanted to know the rules of flag hoisting in court premises. as per my knowledge in most of government offices and premises the head office bearer / or the political leader hoist the national flag....but some time i seen that the office bearers skip to do their duty to the flag....i am too much possesiive about the respect to our national flag and thats why i want to know whether there is any rule to hoist the flag by judicial magistrate...? is there any rules related to timing...? hoist timings..? if you have any information kindly provide me the information.....regards...

Hi Sanjay, i am very happy about your possessiveness about our Prestigious National Flag.  There is a rule for hoist our national flag.  The Flag hoist should only after sun rise i.e., After 6 in the morning and remain therein pole upto evening 6 i.e., sunset time.
