Rule for Granting of Probate

If probate is granted of a Will without serving prior notice to all relatives whether probate is valid. What Civil Procedure Code says?

such type of probate will be invalid, moreover court will not pass such order.

Probate arised on death of the executor on getting information of death.

Court would not grant probate on a Will without serving notices to the beneficiaries mentioned in the Will and public notice in newspaper in case of doubt.
