Do you feel RTI could be used for grievance redressal and better service delivery? Cite examples from your knowledge / experience with reference to relevant provisions of the Act where applicable.

Mr. Rachit,

Being a company Secretary you must know, as the name indicate, Right to Information is to obtain an information from authority and NOT for redressal of grievance, as querred.

Second part of your question is subjective and academic in nature, do not ask such querries on this platform, it is advised.

Any institution runs on aid of government comes under rti, Even the Banks or any Government undertaking institutions. So far second part of querry of Mr Inani is concerned you need not have to go into any section the preamble of the act itself says everything
