Rti notice of hearing by faa

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have filed an RTI application on which I had laterly extended my appeal before First Appelate Authority

Now FAA has sent a hearing notice giving two days notice time.

As I am unable to attend the hearing due to some personal stuff.. please clarify whether any administrative ation can be taken against me for not attending the same?

Apart from.. it is natural that my appeal would be disposed-off due to my absense.
