Hi Everyone,
A memo was issued by Hyderabad police commissioner in 2002 to NOT TO ARREST on 498 A cases until they get written statement from police commissioner.
Through RTI can I find out whether that memo is still valid? If Yes to whom I have to address to get this info through RTI?

Yes it is still valid.
If u still want, u can file an RTI to SSP of ur area.
