Rti i need clarification

I wish to get one information from Supreme court of India. It relates to labour related service matter .The appelant is Temporary employees Vs chairman LIC of India case. The judgement is already given in 2015 August. In which the respondent has given the list of temp employees to Court in a sealed cover during the hearing. I wish to get a copy of the list from SCI thro RTI .Is it against the law? or not possible to get a copy thro RTI.

Please Clarify

A citizen can not obtain any document, if the Public authority is having a laid down procedure for obtaining documents before enactment of RTI Act, that has to be followed.

Documents filed in any proceedings in any court has to be secured as per laid down procedure by the Court. That means you have to apply for certified copy through your advocate and can not obtain through RTI.
