Any FOrmat of RTI to file to seeking statement recorded under 164 crpc before magistrate
This RTI application has to be filed by the VICTIM herself SHe dont know the format whom should be address like PIO what should we write when we file RTI in court?

Dear querist,
There is no particular format for obtaining copy statement, standard application will work.
If a court does not allow copy of statement via RTI, then copy can be obtained by Victim after paying suitable fees to court.
“Section 35 of the Evidence Act as also under Section 72 of the Indian Evidence Act and as such, assumes the character of being a public document.”
