I have sought information from public information officer who happens to be a Senior superintendent of police, regarding supply of information about a particular FIR and related documents which are in the custody of ASI of concerned police station. But the reply given before State information commission has been given by the ASI Of concerned police station under his own authentication instead of Personal information officer.
It may please be specifically clarified as to whether the information should be given under PIO (SSP) Authentication or Or by aforesaid ASI authentication.
This action is in order or not as Per RTI ACT 2005.
