In Our property RTC,my grandfather name registered as YOGAPPA SHETTY, but his actual name is MONAPPA SHETTY. and also JAMA-MANDI slip showing as MONAPPA SHETTY clearly. but i applied for the correction twice with my grandfather death certificate ,the application rejected. they are not telling the reason also .
please tell me which section is suits to fight with them in the court?
otherwise please give any procedure to follow

Entrtust this case to a local advocate for filing a declaration suit with all such evidence. The authorities are under obligation to state reasons for rejection of your application in writing. If not approach to higher authority for such reasons (you are aware of the reasons).
