Hi
recently i was asked to pay fine for crossing railway tracks by RPF,
They took my contact details and wrote them in a chargesheet under railway act sec 147.
i paid fine at court and went.
The thing is iam aspiring to go to US to work for an mnc and will this case show up during my background verification and crimal records search.
i didnot even get a reciept for the fine paid and dont know if they filed FIR, they wrote in charge sheet.

Most likely you appear to have got away paying bribe.

sir i asked for reciept and they said it will take about an hour wait and get it,
i left instead of waiting.
