Sir I am an NRI and recently the police have informed me orally that my name is been listed in Rowdy Sheeter for the one criminal case for which I have an anticipatory bail. I have written to the Commissioner of Police of my city asking relief . As the concerned Police Constable was insisting me to sign the Rowdy Sheeter. I have written a letter to the Police Inspector asking them to issue me a notice listing my name in Rowdy sheeter . None have responded to my appeal. Kindly requisting the honarable pannel of Lawyers to guide me as to how i should be seeking relief from the High Court as the action comes in the way of my career procepects
