The property is registered directly using the parent documents (papers under ASIMA)to ABDUL (in 1994)then to JUNAITHA(in 2013) and now the property is under abdul’s wife(junaitha) name

1.The husband of ASIMA had two wives   1. ASIMA               2.HAJIRA

NOTE: Siblings of HABIB AMMAL (other childrens of ASIMA were provided with partitioned and equivalent settlement done leagally

Ø  And the chidren of HAJIRA having some porperty tax bills ? and that too very back dated billes between 1975’s and now trying to claim as share holders of the same property

Ø  We are holding the parent documents saying and stating the PROPERTY IS ASIMA’s and  that all dated since 1912-2013

QUESTIONS & Doubts

1.       Can any one claim a property or a portion of a  property only just by having any porperty

tax bills ? and that too very back dated billes between 1975’s

2.       And that too the property tax is paid by abdul  for last 25 years

3.       And now the property is under  JUNAITHA name wife of ABDUL  (singapore citizen )holding OIC visa

Ø  Now under what procedure the Children of HAJIRA question or claim share in a  porperty which is under JUNIATHA(wife of ABDUL who is the grand son of ASIMA)

Ø  This property is an HOUSE which is still now JUNAITHA Custody she is planning to settle back to india

Ø  Till dated we hold and have 40 years of Encubrance certificate(EC) stating the porperty was with ASIMA since 1912,

QUESTION

Ø  IS this evidence is enough to keep hold on the property ?

Ø  Can JUNAITH enjoy this property with all lawful meaning ?
