Rights on grandfather Property

As i grandfather died is son & daughter sold is self acquired Property without grandson Permission as i heared my grandfather was saying is property belongs to grandson

Are you Hindu? Is the property of your grand father self acquired or ancestral? Did your grand father execute any will? did he gift any property to you?
