I am planning to purchase a property from a person who is the Final Legatee(Ultimate Beneficary) accroding to her grandfather's will and her mother has only lifetime interest on the property. However, her mother had given up rights on the proeprty by accepting some amount of money from her daughter.
Since, her mother given up the property rights even though she is still alive. will the seller has legal right to do so?
