A married B, Hindu women, and she is blessed with two daughters, they got married. B died. again, A setup with C Hindu women, as his second wife. C is having No issues. C got issued aadhaar card and ration card on her name as wife of A. and House of A also, on his demise, got on her name in grampanchayat records. Also half acres land also got mutated on her name, without any will etc, sold out to third parties. Request confirm Rights of C, being second wife as per hindu succession law. with rulings if any please. with regards.
