Rights in living fathers property

I am having a property in Bangalore, which I purchased 10 years back with my own income.  Now I am a retired person and I want to sold this property. I want to know that is there any rights for my son to claim anything from my property.

Your son has no right, in the property that you have purchased with your own income, during your lifetime.  He cannot claim anything as of now.

Since it is a self acquired property you can sell. Your son will not have any claim over it..

being from your own income the property and the sell amount will be yours own right and no one can claim from it even your son cannot claim
